100% of the leads available on Yatradost are submitted by travellers themselves by filling up an enquiry form with their travel requirements and contact details. Once a lead is submitted, we follow a two-step quality control process to make sure leads are genuine and of good quality. First, we verify the traveller’s phone number using OTP verification as soon as the lead is created.  We further verify the email address of the traveller. Then, we speak to each traveller on call and verify their travel requirements as well as their intent. We verify the lead only if they show genuine interest in talking to an agent.

Your purchased leads are delivered directly to your email inbox as soon as you buy them. You can also view your purchased leads in your Account Dashboard. You can buy the leads manually from your Account Dashboard, or set up an Auto-buy with customised filters & we will deliver your preferred leads directly in your inbox. If you wish to buy leads manually, we will send you customised email alerts every three hours with your recommended leads (based on your company’s lead preferences). 

We give refunds for Phone Verified leads, if on the very first call the traveller says they have canceled their trip or already booked it somewhere else. The refund is available only within 48 hours of purchasing the lead. 

Nothing! Registration is completely free and there are no monthly fees or any other hidden fees to join us. You only pay for the leads you buy. 

Travel agents who specialise in selling holiday packages can register and buy leads on Yatradost. Agents need to upload their company and personal verification documents. We will approve your account after verifying your information & documents. 

Each lead is sold to a MAXIMUM of 3 travel agents. Our goal is to bring you more business and at the same time offer a choice to travellers.
